Adding Multiple Users

Once you have set up your intial user and added all the other information relevant to your day to day movements you may wish to add multiple users for the rest of your team. This can includes drivers and the office team. To add a new user go to 'new', then 'new setup' and then 'user'. You must fill in all the fields marked in orange. Make a note of the username and password as these will be needed for logging on to the system for the new user. Then select the roles you wish to allocate to this new user. Below is a list of what access each of the roles will allow, it is important to ensure that each user is given access to the relevant information and capabilities on the system.

 

  • Admin– allows use of Dashboard, Jobs, Plan, Users, Networks
  • Transporter – allows use of Dashboard, Marketplace, Movements, Locate Workforce, email, Devices
  • Originator – allows use of Dashboard, New, Movements, Community
  • Accounts – allows Dashboard, Movements, Invoicing, Rates
  • Mobile Workforce – no access to site, handheld user only
  • Email Workforce – no access to site, email user only

The tick boxes at the bottom of the page allow the following

  • Recieves pool mail - will recieve email updates of available excess work
  • Forward mail - this forwards messages sent via the internal CDN email to the nominated email address
  • User is enabled - allows user login to be enabled (untick this box if the user is no longer being used)
