Logistics Management

Online Marketplace

  • Unlike other online trading platforms the CDN Marketplace is 100% automotive logistics focused, is not designed to drive down supplier prices, nor does it break existing customer/supplier relationships.

  • The Car Delivery Network provides customers and suppliers with access to 3 different Vehicle Delivery Exchanges (VDEx). These marketplaces are:

    • Trade - Jobs where a trade customer requires suppliers to quote
    • Fixed Price - Jobs where the delivery price is fixed by a trade customer
    • Public - Jobs placed by the general public (eg not in the trade) 

Compound Management

  • Compound Management allows a customer and supplier to view vehicles held in a static location (a hub). The system allows loads to be built out of the vehicles located at the hub and allows load sheets for gate release to be created.

Connected Network

  • Is an open industry platform or NETWORK for anybody organising or physically moving cars from A to B
  • Connects customers and their suppliers together in real-time
  • Provides collection and deliveries status updates and ePODs

Environmental Impact

  • The network captures the data required to calculate Co2 emissions produced per vehicle delivered by measuring actual miles and transporter loading
  • Car Delivery Network is growing daily and capturing every vehicle movement across the outbound supply chain from factory gate to network dealer and beyond.
