Full Fleet Summary

As well as your immediate contact details in the 'fleet details' you can update information on your whole business which can be added to the CDN directory to tailor the system to your needs and ensure that you only work with relevant customers and suppliers. Below contact details you can add a logo, select 'choose file', pick your logo from your saved images and then 'upload logo'.  

Company information is where you can give the detailed specifics of your business. Your overview and company and VAT registration numbers will be added to the CDN directory and available to those who require such information. If you place excess work onto the system in the trade auction your terms and conditions for other suppliers must be put in 'suppliers terms' and 'customer terms' will appear on any booking forms for your direct customers.

 

Next are your activites, these affect which activites you enable on the system -

  • Transports - select if you can accomodate transported movements
  • Drives - select if you can accomodate driven/trade plate movements
  • Mail on new work - recieve an email alert when available work is added to the CDN
  • VAT registered - select if your company is VAT registered (this will adjust pricings for your work on the system accordingly)
  • Email alerts - recieve an email for each alert associated with you fleet/user
  • Show customer details - select if you are brokering out a job and wish for your supplier to have access to your customers details 
  • Email standard job opportunities - turn on email alerts for new work (applies only to those plugged into CTQ)
  • Email premium job opportunities - turn on email alerts for new work (applies only to those plugged into CTQ)
  • Recieve newsletter - select if you wish to recieve an emailed copy of the CDN newsletter
  • Send instant quote - enables instant quotes to be sent to customers (applies only to those using a CDN plugin in their website)

 

Resources is a categorised list of the size and nature of your fleet, keep this constantly updated to ensure that you recieve and are contacted in regards to the correct type of jobs. Next to each type of movement type put the number you can accomodate at one time. As well as this select specialist services from the tick list on the right hand side.

Credit refers to the amount of access you have left to the CDN's various services, this will only affect you if you are a pay as you go member. Your network credit is assigned by the CDN team, for help or more information contact the CDN team via the contact details on the website.
