To first login to vinDISPATCH you will need to register your company.
- Go to www. ca rdeliverynetwork.com
- You will be broug ht to the CDN webpage, scroll down to the middle of the page and look for ‘30 day trial’
- The 30 day trial will allow you to try the CDN platform - vinDISPATCH and the mobile application - vinDELIVER for free.
- This does not include the ability to broker or claim work via the loadboards.
- Click on the ‘30 day trial’ tab - then click on the Learn more tab.
- You will need to select whether your business is in the UK or US.
- You will then be taken to the registration page.
- Here you will need to complete Step 1 your Company details.
- The orange fields are manditory.
- Select your company type.
- Enter your company name.
- Your SCAC code or prefix, if you do not have a SCAC code, simply compose an abbreviation of your company name to use ( This code appears as job numbers on your brokered jobs).
- Enter a contact name and email address.
- If you have a website or company overview you should also enter this information.
- Then click on ‘continue to Operation Details’.
- Step 2 is where you will need to enter your Operational details.
- Again the orange fields are manditory.
- Enter your name and contact telephone number.
- Enter your postcode and then select ‘Lookup’ Then go to ‘Please select an address’ and select your address.
- If your address does not appear in Lookup you can enter it manually.
- You will need to create a Username and a password.
- You will use to these details to login to vinDISPATCH.
- Select the box of what services you offer.
- If you are a transporter, you will need to enter how many single or multi transporters you have.
- For Driven work you will need to enter how many available drivers you have.
- Also select the box if you want to be emailed advertised work.
- Enter the year your business was established.
- Click on ‘Continue to Insurance Details’.
- Step 3 is Insurance details, you will need to enter your Insurance company name, the name of your Insurance Agent and their contact telephone number.
- The CDNs appointed Insurance Company validate all insurance policies for Car Delivery Network.
- You will need to send your current documents as stated to our appointed Insurance Company .
- This documentation must be emailed or faxed through and validated before your vinDISPATCH account can be fully activated.
- You will be unable to claim work until your insurance is validated by the CDNs appointed Insurance Company .
- You can now submit your application.
- Step 4 will confirm your vinDISPATCH account has been set-up and to advise you we have sent you an email confirming your username and password.
- Check your email for ‘CDN Login request’.
- If you cannot see our email in your inbox check your SPAM box.
- You will need to unmark the Car Delivery Network email as not spam. Any CDN emails, including job alerts will then appear in your inbox.
- Once you have your confirmation email, you will see a brief overview of some of your details confirming your Company name, contact person and telephone number.
- You will also see our appointed Insurance Company’s contacts details. If you have any questions regarding your insurance please do call or email for assistance.
- This email will also display a reminder of your login details.
- You will need your Username and password to login to vinDISPATCH.
- When logging in for the first time go to: https://go.cardeliverynetwork.com/uk, this will take you to the CDN login page.
- Enter your username and password to login.
