To Get a Load on the vinDELIVER App
- Select the Menu Bar in the top left corner.
- Displayed will be a list of actions.
- Select Get Loads.
- Here you have the option to find the load by scanning the VIN or searching for the Job number, Load number, vehicle VIN, vehicle registration or Trip ID.
- If you are a subhauler, you will receive an email when the load is dispatched that contains a load number. This load number needs to be entered into the Tripid field.
- Enter the FULL Load number you have been given into the Trip id field and select ‘Get Loads’.
- The job will arrive on your device sounding an alert. And a message will display reading There was 1 load (s) found tap OK to continue.
- This Load will now appear in your Loads screen.
