- Go to CREATE - JOB - a black pop will display prompting you to add job details.
- Add you order number if you have one.
- Start typing the name of your customer, the system will find the customer details if it has been saved.
- Enter the pick up and delivery address.
- Again the system will find the destination details if it has been saved. If it is a new details, simply add the town, we can adjust and add the full address once the job has been created.
- Click NEXT to continue.
- Add movement id - is the unique order for each vehicle.
- Add the vehicle VIN or the first 6 digits if you have it.
- Enter the registration or the year of the vehicle.
- Enter the make, model and colour of the vehicle. And Location of where the vehicle will be at find collection, ie bay 2 or ramp 5.
- Select whether the job is be be driven or transported.
- And select your pick-up and delivery dates.
- Selecting ‘From specified date’ allows you flexibility around this date or ‘On specified date’ for exact date.
- Add any important notes you may have for the driver. ie Please ensure to call ahead of collection and delivery.
- Select ‘Done’ to now create your job.
- Your job will now appear for you to check the customer details are correct, relevant contacts, address, telephone number and email address. To change details click on the details you want to edit.
- And a black pop box will display.
- To find an addess enter the postcode and hit ‘Lookup’ select the required address. Or manually input address or add further details. and click done to save.
- To price your job go to pricing and click below - A black pop box will display for you to add your price in Customer (Sell) price and add what you will pay carrier in Carrier (Buy) price.
- Your job is now ready to allocate directly to a carrier or to a network of carriers.
- Select the green 'Allocate' button.
- A green pop up box will display in the top right of your page to confirm where the job has been allocated.
