To Post a Job on the vinDISPATCH Loadboard
- Login to vinDISPATCH go to Marketplace and select Post a job
- Enter the vehicle registration and select ‘find vehicle’ once found the the vehicle will show in the table, if you are unable to find your vehicles with the registration you can enter the vehicles details manually and enter the number of vehicles if adding more than one vehicle
- Select which delivery service is required, Transported, Driven or Either. You will then be required to select other services required for this movement
- Select the Pick Details and enter your requested Pick up date. Then select how you will enter the pick up address, By Google Search, by Postcode, my address, a saved address or enter manually. Select your pick up address, ensure to to check the customer details are correct, relevant contacts, address, telephone number and email address
- Add any important notes you may have for the driver or carrier to be aware of
- Then select DONE
- Now enter the details for the Delivery address
- To change any of theses details click on the the edit button
- Select how you would like to price this post, Take it now, your maximum price, or request quotes from Carriers, or both
- The job will automatically expire after the delivery date, or you can set the expiry date and time
- Lastly select your payment terms for the carriers information
- Your job is now ready to allocate directly to a carrier or to a network of carriers or you can simply SAVE and come back to later
- To advertise > select advertise > Use My loadBoard for All Carriers > select continue and YES to confirm
- All these carriers will receive an email notification of this Job and you will start receiving Quotes from Carriers
- If any carrier quotes or selects the take it now price, you will receive alerts on vinDISPATCH, as well as email notifications
