To view your ALERTS on vinDISPATCH
- Go to ALERTS - the small red box in the top left hand corner of your screen
- Here you will see a list of your Alerts.
- Select view to respond or react to the alert
- To remove the alert, simply select the tick in the first column and then select Mark as Read
- Or to remove all alerts at once, select all Alerts, select the tick in the first row. When you select Mark as Read the alert will be marked as read and disappear from Alerts
- To view your notifications you can check your email that you set-up for notifications.
- To check what email address you have set-up, go to Setup and select Notifications.
